PT Financial Coach – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual virtual coaching sessions lasting 30 minutes with members.

• Discuss a wide range of financial subjects, including but not limited to budgeting, debt reduction, credit management, retirement planning, investment education, insurance fundamentals, and home purchasing.

• Provide impartial education.

• Customize each session according to the member's objectives, circumstances, and starting point.

• Briefly document the topics discussed following each session.

• Ensure member confidentiality is maintained at all times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education.

• Knowledge of financial systems in the Dominican Republic.

• Proficient understanding of budgeting, debt management, credit, retirement, investing, insurance, and/or home buying.

• Ability to convey financial concepts in clear, accessible language.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.

• Moderate technical skills.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional environment for conducting sessions.

• Demonstrated warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
