This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Facilitation of focus groups and conducting qualitative interviews
• Management of stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Preparation of reports for executive and regulatory audiences
• Establishing trust and fostering psychological safety in consultation processes
• Navigating sensitive discussions and managing emotional responses
• Coordination and management of projects across various locations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline
• Certification in psychosocial risk assessment
• Understanding of PCBU (Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking) responsibilities
• Knowledge of consultation requirements as per WHS legislation
• Comprehension of waste management operations and related hazards
• Familiarity with shift work, remote work, and physically challenging work environments
• Insight into industry-specific stressors (public stigma, exposure to hazardous materials, geographic isolation)
• Knowledge of the challenges faced by regional and rural workforces
