Psychometric Consultant – Contract, On-Call

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Offer psychometric expertise in the creation, validation, and upkeep of examinations

• Create examination blueprints and test specifications derived from validated content domains

• Develop and document robust testing methodologies that align with industry standards

• Assess the reliability, validity, fairness, and defensibility of examinations

• Generate technical reports and psychometric documentation for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory

• At least five (5) years of professional experience in psychometrics is required

• Proven experience in conducting job analyses, developing examination blueprints, and performing standard-setting studies

• Ability to interpret and convey psychometric findings to non-technical audiences

• Excellent analytical and technical writing capabilities
