Psychology Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in recruitment and selection activities, which include reviewing resumes, reaching out to candidates, arranging interviews, and monitoring progress through the selection phases.

• Help in managing and coordinating psychological assessment procedures, adhering to the professional technical and ethical standards.

• Support the planning and execution of training sessions, presentations, and developmental programs.

• Create and maintain control documents, spreadsheets, and reports for the department.

• Aid in the organization of documents and administrative tasks within the department.

• Provide assistance for various Organizational Psychology initiatives as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a Psychology undergraduate program, beginning from the 6th semester.

• Proficient in English at an intermediate level.

• Competent in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
