Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Women's Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive and holistic psychiatric care to patients who are perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal through a completely remote telehealth model.

• Operate within a care framework that emphasizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist.

• Perform 60-minute intake sessions and 20–30-minute follow-ups, utilizing clinical judgment to decide on the appropriate duration of each session.

• Adapt and thrive in an early-stage startup setting.

• Contribute to the development of workflows and best practices.

• Offer high-quality mental health services to women across various reproductive life stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active board-certified North Carolina PMHNP license in good standing.

• At least one year of experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population.

• Minimum of six months of experience in telehealth.

• Familiarity with perimenopause patients.

• RN Compact licensure is preferred.

• No DEA registration is required; this position does not involve prescribing controlled substances.

• Strong understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care during perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal phases.

• Foundation in evidence-based practices to inform treatment strategies and guide clinical care.

• Proficient and comfortable using virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite.

• Willingness and ability to efficiently learn new software programs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexibility and drive to grow within an early-stage startup while ensuring high-quality mental health care.
