Prozessmanager Service – Werkstatt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will optimize workshop workflows and processes, as well as the consultation of our franchise partners.

• You will support our partners through training and analysis to ensure the quality of our two-wheeler, three-wheeler, and cargo bike workshops.

• You will assist in the implementation of new locations and help partners develop and establish new workshop processes.

• You will create and maintain training materials, presentations, checklists, manuals, and online learning courses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, you are a master in two-wheeler mechanics or a master in two-wheeler engineering.

• Candidates transitioning from other fields, such as automotive mechanics or automotive mechatronics with experience as a bicycle mechanic or assembler, are warmly welcomed!

• You have experience in product assortment design and act as a liaison between the workshop and sales.

• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of self-motivation define your profile.

• You are willing to support our partners on-site (approximately 60% travel readiness).

• You enjoy building and maintaining collaborative relationships.

• You possess a high degree of independence, responsibility, and service orientation.
