This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary liaison for active providers post-onboarding.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with providers and clinic personnel.
• Perform regular outreach and relationship assessments to foster engagement and satisfaction.
• Comprehend providers' operational requirements and pinpoint areas for experience enhancement.
• Address provider inquiries, issues, and operational requests effectively.
• Manage provider concerns from initiation to resolution, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Credentialing, Compliance, Quality, IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Escalate intricate matters while keeping the provider informed.
• Assist with portal access, profile upkeep, account modifications, and operational support.
• Relay updates on workflows, policy changes, announcements, and system improvements.
• Maintain provider records in Salesforce and other operational platforms.
• Observe feedback, satisfaction patterns, and recurrent operational hurdles.
• Discover enhancements in workflow, communication, and overall experience.
• Submit requests for enhancements and collaborate with stakeholders to refine provider tools and systems.
• Create resources for providers, including templates, reference documents, FAQs, and educational materials.
• Monitor interactions, escalations, and resolutions.
• Compile reports on satisfaction, operational trends, escalations, and retention metrics.
• Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and comprehensive.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company privacy, security, and confidentiality standards.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in provider relations, healthcare operations, customer success, account management, practice support, or a similar healthcare setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or comparable platforms.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. as a full-time employee; no visa sponsorship available.
• Must adhere to HIPAA and company privacy, security, and confidentiality policies.
