This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage provider compensation inquiries via ticket-based systems, ensuring compliance with SLA requirements and handling over 600 tickets weekly.
• Conduct research, investigation, and resolution of provider compensation inquiries, which include issues related to missed session payments, rate inquiries, bonus eligibility, and payment discrepancies.
• Ensure that compensation decisions adhere to internal policies, established guidelines, and standards of program integrity.
• Recognize trends in compensation anomalies or bonus misuse and escalate issues as needed.
• Assess provider eligibility for onboarding incentives, state-specific programs, and bonus structures.
• Clearly and transparently communicate decisions regarding bonus approvals or denials.
• Keep up-to-date with changing incentive guidelines and assist in the updating of documentation.
• Support providers on the platform by ensuring accurate compensation processes and promoting a seamless provider experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in therapist or provider support, customer success, operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of explaining policies in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Proven ability to analyze information, investigate discrepancies, and consistently apply policies.
• Strong attention to detail, along with exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a remote setting while cultivating effective partnerships and contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Comfort in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with support ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce is preferred.
