Provider Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Recruit licensed therapists to become part of the BetterHelp network, working with insurance clients.

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process via emails, phone appointments, follow-up calls, and text communications.

• Collaborate with the Onboarding and Credentialing Team to ensure successful onboarding.

• Continuously enhance recruitment and onboarding procedures.

• Work together with team members to create a top-tier product that increases access to mental health care.

• Engage in product, marketing, and business strategy initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role within a performance-driven environment.

• Previous experience in provider sales or recruitment is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Skill in transforming datasets into understandable insights and actionable strategies.

• Comfortable handling a substantial volume of calls, emails, appointments, and follow-up tasks.

• Capable of independently managing tasks without the need for constant supervision.

• Familiarity with Outreach.io, HubSpot, and GSuite is essential.

• Willingness to travel to the San Jose, CA office up to three times a year, plus one company-wide offsite, with reasonable accommodations available.
