Protheus Consultant – Materials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Proactively manage the support queue, ensuring adherence to SLA standards with an emphasis on productivity.

• Analyze incidents within the Materials and Production modules, determining if the root cause is related to process errors, configuration issues, or system failures.

• Implement accurate technical and functional solutions, ensuring that corrections do not disrupt other processes.

• Support end users by understanding their challenges and offering clear guidance to prevent future issues.

• Thoroughly document solutions applied to enhance our internal knowledge base.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Purchasing, Inventory, Billing, and PCP (Production Planning and Control) modules.

• Capability to manage and resolve numerous tickets daily with precision.

• Strong analytical skills to review logs, tables, and processes before suggesting a solution.

• A focus on customer success and a dedication to maintaining the stability of the Protheus environment.

• Proficiency in SQL for conducting table queries and data diagnostics.

• TOTVS certification in Protheus modules is preferred.

• Experience in integrating Protheus with other systems is preferred.

• Knowledge of Logistics and Execution: Freight Management (GFE), TMS (Transport Management), and WMS (Warehousing) is preferred.

• Familiarity with Management and Planning: Contract Management and OMS (Order Management System) is preferred.

• ADVPL skills for interpreting and understanding triggers, formulas, and custom routines are preferred.
