📋 Description

• Gathers essential information and resources to facilitate the proposal development process.

• Provides guidance on less complex proposal-related issues, offering insights and recommendations.

• Evaluates basic proposal requirements and guidelines to ensure alignment with client specifications.

• Utilizes functional knowledge of proposal development to craft competitive proposals.

• Organizes proposal-related activities, coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications.

• Aids in various aspects of proposal work, supporting the proposal team in content creation.

• Enhances content quality by performing basic reviews of proposals.

• Prepares and organizes proposals, ensuring timely submission of all necessary documents.

• Reviews and revises proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with guidelines.

• Designs and formats proposal documents to maintain a professional appearance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in proposal support, technical writing, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in writing RFPs, ideally within proposal development or other structured business writing contexts.

• Basic understanding of problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with fundamental proposal processes, RFP formats, and compliance standards.

• Capability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate activities, and monitor proposal milestones.

• Proficient in editing, formatting, and refining content for clarity, consistency, and professionalism.

• Competence in interpreting proposal requirements, identifying gaps, and ensuring compliance.
