📋 Description

• Analyzing solicitation documents to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and potential submission risks.

• Conducting interviews with subject matter experts to collect technical, operational, and business insights.

• Posing insightful questions to reveal information that may not be readily apparent.

• Translating intricate technical concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive written responses.

• Crafting proposal content that is in alignment with evaluation criteria and scoring rubrics.

• Recognizing information gaps and collaborating effectively to gather necessary details prior to writing.

• Appropriately utilizing AI tools to assist with research, organization, and drafting, while applying strong editorial judgment to ensure accuracy, quality, and confidentiality.

• Proven experience with public-sector procurement processes, government funding programs, and writing according to scoring rubrics is highly valued.

• Proposal writing expertise

• Grant writing proficiency

• Responses to government procurement inquiries

• Background in management consulting

• Academic writing experience (Master's or PhD research)
