📋 Description

• Provide clarity on state laws, administrative procedures, and compliance requirements related to property tax protests.

• Offer guidance on the specific needs and intricacies for major counties in Pennsylvania.

• Advise on the appropriate timing and methods for filing petitions (TRIM notices, deadlines, evidence)—including the distinctions between online and paper submissions.

• Share effective practices and insights to enhance hearing preparation and protest strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have firsthand experience with the Pennsylvania property tax system—whether through personal practice, as part of a legal firm, or within local government.

• Be well-versed in county-specific processes, deadlines, and regulations, particularly for the five largest counties in Pennsylvania.

• Have an innovative approach—prepared to devise creative solutions while strictly following local regulations.

• Be available for consultation on an as-needed basis, billed hourly, via phone or Zoom.
