Tax Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Analyze, review, and devise strategies to foster and sustain client relationships throughout the tax process.

• Deliver tax compliance and consulting services to privately held businesses and high net worth individuals.

• Create and present innovative financial planning concepts that fulfill or surpass client expectations.

• Manage intricate tax research projects for a diverse range of clients across various industries.

• Collaborate with clients to reduce federal, state, and local tax liabilities.

• Oversee the assignments of tax professionals and ensure the effective daily delivery of tax consulting services.

• Inspire and guide tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and offering mentorship, leadership, and career advice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on High Net Worth taxation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

• CPA license required, or currently pursuing CPA certification OR EA certification.

• Significant experience in researching complex tax matters with exposure to various entities and industries.

• Proven experience in developing and mentoring senior and associate-level professionals.

• Strong motivation to learn and grow.

• Excellent analytical skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to exhibit proactive thinking.
