This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Provide clarity on state laws, administrative procedures, and compliance requirements related to property tax protests.

• Offer guidance on the distinct processes and specifics for major counties in Nevada.

• Advise on the optimal timing and methods for filing petitions (including TRIM notices, deadlines, and evidence requirements), covering both online and paper submission procedures.

• Present best practices and valuable insights into the hearing process to facilitate effective protest preparation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have hands-on experience with the Nevada property tax system—whether through personal practice, as part of a law firm, or within a local government agency.

• Be well-acquainted with county-specific procedures, deadlines, and regulations, particularly for the five largest counties in Nevada.

• Demonstrate an innovative approach, eager to devise creative solutions while strictly following all applicable guidelines.

• Be available for consultation on an as-needed, hourly basis via phone or Zoom.
