• Clarifying statutes, administrative procedures, and compliance requirements related to property tax protests in Illinois.

• Providing insights into local specifics for major counties, with particular emphasis on Cook County.

• Guiding the process of filing petitions, including TRIM notices, deadlines, and evidence, while explaining the distinctions between online and paper submissions.

• Offering best practices for the hearing process and effective preparation of protests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have direct experience with Illinois’ property tax system, whether through personal practice, an established firm, or a government agency.

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of county-level procedures, deadlines, and regulations, particularly for Cook County.

• Be an innovative thinker who merges creative problem-solving skills with a strong dedication to regulatory compliance.

• Be available for consultation on an as-needed, hourly basis via phone or Zoom.
