This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Providing clarity on Florida laws, administrative procedures, and compliance requirements related to property tax protests.

• Offering practical advice on local regulations in major counties—including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Hillsborough, and Orange.

• Guiding our team on petition filing techniques—including TRIM notices, deadlines, evidence necessities, and the differences between online and paper submissions.

• Sharing effective strategies for navigating the value adjustment board (VAB) process and crafting successful protests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have firsthand experience within the Florida property tax landscape—whether through personal practice, an established firm, or a government agency.

• Hold extensive knowledge of county-specific procedures, deadlines, and regulations, particularly in Florida’s five largest counties.

• Exhibit innovative thinking while complying with all local laws and regulations related to property tax appeals.

• Be available for consultation on an as-needed basis, hourly via phone or Zoom.
