📋 Description

• Clarify the statutes of the state, administrative procedures, and compliance requirements related to property tax protests.

• Provide guidance on the distinct procedures and intricacies for major counties in California.

• Advise on the appropriate timing and methods for filing petitions (including TRIM notices, deadlines, and evidence requirements), detailing online versus paper submission processes.

• Share effective strategies and insights for preparing for hearings and developing protest strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have firsthand experience with the California property tax system—whether through individual practice, as part of a law firm, or within a local government agency.

• Be well-acquainted with county-specific procedures, deadlines, and regulations, particularly concerning California’s five largest counties.

• Exhibit an innovative approach—prepared to devise creative solutions while strictly following all applicable guidelines.

• Be available for consultation on an as-needed basis, charging hourly rates via phone or Zoom.
