Property Research Analyst – Sales Support, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess properties throughout California for the feasibility of ADUs by considering delivery viability, zoning regulations, lot dimensions, setbacks, and local permitting criteria.

• Utilize GIS tools, property data platforms, and internal checklists to evaluate site compatibility.

• Work collaboratively with Project Specialists to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities.

• Review and ensure the completeness and basic eligibility of incoming leads.

• Investigate ownership records, permitting history, and additional pertinent data to assist Project Specialists in their decision-making process.

• Systematically organize and maintain precise lead information within our CRM system (Salesforce).

• Classify and tag leads to enhance pipeline visibility.

• Identify and flag duplicate or unqualified entries to uphold CRM integrity.

• Contribute to the development of a scalable and repeatable qualification workflow system.

• Act as the initial point of analysis prior to passing a lead to a Project Specialist.

• Clearly and concisely communicate findings to the Sales Team.

• Attend occasional alignment meetings with Project Specialists to continually refine qualification processes.

• Tech-savvy with a strong ability to navigate CRMs, spreadsheets, and online research tools.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing your workload with minimal oversight.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively document findings and interact with internal stakeholders.

• Background in real estate, proptech, urban planning, GIS, or construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
