This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Prepare and handle property management documentation, agreements, and client records.
• Oversee data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy of information across internal systems and databases.
• Create, upload, and track property listings and marketing materials on various platforms.
• Compile rental appraisal reports and relevant documentation using established templates.
• Organize calendars, appointments, and administrative schedules for the property management team.
• Develop and maintain marketing databases and assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing initiatives, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance workflows, procedures, and operational efficiency.
• Produce reports and offer administrative assistance to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Support special projects and business improvement initiatives as needed.
• Prior experience in property management, real estate administration, or a similar field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with effective time management skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work approach.
• Familiarity with property management, CRM, or real estate software platforms.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools and database management.
• Experience in creating marketing content and managing online property listings.
