Property Field Adjuster II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Assess and estimate first-party homeowners and commercial claims.

• Investigate coverage and damage issues, providing findings to customers effectively.

• Collaborate with contractors, public adjusters, attorneys, and internal partners on intricate claims.

• Detect suspicious losses, suggest SIU review, and assist with investigations.

• Manage claims in adherence to relevant regulations and internal protocols.

• Support catastrophe response efforts, which may include overtime and deployment.

• Execute additional responsibilities that align with SageSure’s mission and values.

• Travel to loss locations to perform assessments of damage and coverage.

• Draft repair estimates when necessary.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, aiding policyholders in returning to their pre-loss state.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in field property claims.

• Familiarity with Claims Connect/Symbility estimating, particularly for large loss scenarios.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Compassionate interpersonal skills.

• Must hold an adjuster license in the home state or possess a non-resident license if not required.

• Fulfill licensing requirements for additional states as necessary.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Preferred experience in large/complex loss estimation and claims management.

• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

• Experience in catastrophe-focused settings is highly preferred.

• Professional designations are highly desired.
