This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Manage escalated claims files that involve complex details or additional living expense damages.

• Perform a comprehensive coverage investigation of losses and confirm the correct application of the policy.

• Utilize advanced video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors to assess damages and create a contents damage estimate remotely.

• Engage empathetically with customers, guiding them through their claim process in a prompt, fair, and straightforward manner.

• Negotiate claim settlements with customers in alignment with the standard methodologies of the business unit.

• Collaborate with structure adjusters to ensure a comprehensive approach to handling the claim file.

• Leverage data and analytics to narrate a story that informs decision-making.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Residency within the specified locations is essential for this role.

• Previous experience using estimating software such as Xactimate for complex contents estimating is required.
