This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• You will be accountable for the projects assigned to you.

• You will lead construction meetings and maintain communication with clients, contractors, and architects.

• Additionally, you will conduct regular site visits and coordinate activities in an efficient manner.

• You will oversee project staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• You will negotiate contracts with external parties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical construction role.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks.

• Possession of a valid driver's license (category B).

• Proficiency in French is a plus.
