Project Quality Control Manager – RMMR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the development and overall oversight of the Program Quality Control plan.

• Holds decision-making authority regarding Project Quality Control-related matters for small to medium-sized projects focused on fuel system repair and maintenance across various locations.

• Engages with department and project staff concerning Quality Control policies and procedures.

• Collaborates with self-performing labor teams and subcontractors to execute the Quality Control Plan.

• Ensures the precision of project audit schedules, activity plans, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Accountable for upholding the quality standards of materials and products utilized in the program.

• Aids the management team in formulating solutions to quality-related challenges.

• Acts as the lead Quality Control Auditor to verify compliance with the Quality Control Plans.

• Follows up on audit outcomes and confirms that corrective measures have been implemented.

• Reviews project Quality Control records throughout the duration of the project to ensure accuracy.

• Coordinates with clients to ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan and its implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Operation and Maintenance of Fueling Facilities is required.

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and/or other relevant software programs related to the job position.

• Capable of working effectively in a team setting, exhibiting a positive attitude, multitasking, and being self-motivated to deliver high-quality work.
