This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Facilitate the effective utilization of sales tools and assist in the deployment of standardized sales processes throughout the sub-region.
• Ensure alignment between brand strategies and sales execution by identifying and addressing potential gaps or discrepancies.
• Create, sustain, and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to aid in sales steering and strategic planning.
• Offer data-driven insights that improve management decision-making and enhance operational clarity.
• Assist in recognizing improvement opportunities through analytics, business reviews, and the development of action plans.
• Engage in and support sales-impacting initiatives by providing analytical preparation, evaluation, and planning.
• Contribute to the refinement of territory management to guarantee effective coverage and optimal resource distribution.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, and other departments to contextualize and communicate insights.
• Possess a strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex data and convert insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience with sales-related KPIs, dashboards, or performance management systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, commercial operations, or methodologies focused on sales force effectiveness.
• Ability to present data clearly to stakeholders at various levels, including upper management.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating alignment among multiple business partners.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple analyses or projects concurrently.
• Proficient in tool usage, adherence to processes, and implementation of standardized working methods.
• Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvement opportunities backed by data.
• Proactive, inquisitive, and driven to enhance productivity and sales performance.
