Project Manager – Software Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of software projects that involve system integrations with our clients, ensuring timely delivery within the defined scope.

• Maintain and revise project plans, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.

• Ensure the necessary expertise is available for each phase of the project, coordinating with both internal and external resources as needed.

• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular, comprehensive updates on project status and effectively resolving any issues that arise.

• Contribute to the enhancement of project implementation methodologies and templates to boost efficiency and standardization.

• Create detailed Project/Solution Documentation that outlines objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

• Oversee all client communications across various projects, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely interactions with all stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in project management or a related technical discipline is required.

• A background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

• A Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited body is preferred.

• Proven understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methodologies.

• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with experience in establishing guidelines in these areas for others.

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in software implementations.

• Experience with complex data projects where a structured approach is essential for success.

• Proficiency in software tools and data manipulation and analysis.

• A creative mindset that can think innovatively.

• A desire to discover disruptive rather than incremental solutions to challenging data issues.

• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the EU.
