This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee 10–15+ simultaneous client projects, ensuring timely execution, prioritization, and effective risk management.
• Collaborate with Security Analysts, Compliance Specialists, and other internal teams to uphold quality and enhance workflows.
• Set up Jira boards, manage sprints, maintain dashboards, and advocate for consistent Agile methodologies.
• Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs in Jira, Notion, or similar platforms to monitor project health and performance.
• Deliver regular project updates, risk assessments, and status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements through documentation, templates, automation, and refined workflows.
• Coordinate tasks, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery across various time zones.
• Utilize Slack, Notion, and other tools to document work, enhance transparency, and support operational functions.
• Ensure project continuity during shifts and maintain responsiveness during core working hours.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within security, compliance, or SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects with tight deadlines.
• Advanced skills in Jira, Slack, and Notion; experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and metrics reports.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with the ability to mentor others on adoption and delivery optimization.
• Proficient in prioritization, risk management, and effective communication, particularly under pressure.
• Experience supporting global or 24x5 operations, with a strong capability to collaborate across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
