This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take ownership of the Salesforce Field Service implementation roadmap, including milestones, owners, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and issues to guarantee timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with Novaspect’s internal team, technical resources, and external vendor partners.
• Manage scope alterations and change requests with appropriate documentation and sign-off from stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines and resource allocation; escalate blockers early and proactively.
• Supervise multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining quality of delivery.
• Define, document, and manage functional requirements in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
• Create functional specifications and user stories for field service workflows, including scheduling, dispatch, work orders, and mobile applications.
• Act as the main point of contact between field operations, technical teams, and executive sponsors.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, executive-ready reports and status updates.
• Take charge of UAT planning and coordination, ensuring test cases encompass field service scenarios pertinent to Novaspect’s operations.
• Lead defect triage with technical resources, prioritizing and tracking resolutions to completion.
• Facilitate post-go-live stabilization by monitoring adoption, identifying issues, and coordinating solutions.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned.
• Develop and execute a change management strategy for field technicians and dispatchers during the rollout.
• Organize end-user training by identifying needs, assisting in material development, and scheduling sessions.
• Promote adoption strategies and engage stakeholders to ensure the platform is actively utilized after launch.
• Establish trust with field-facing users through clear and consistent communication throughout the project.
• Apply the same level of project coordination rigor to other internal Novaspect initiatives as directed by the VP of Technology.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, including ERP, CRM, field service platforms, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong preference for proven experience with Salesforce Field Service or other field service management platforms (scheduling, dispatch, work orders, mobile workforce).
• Demonstrated ability in owning UAT coordination, defect triage, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and user stories in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Strong background in change management and end-user adoption, especially with field-facing or operational user groups.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and external vendors with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting.
