This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee and enhance the Salesforce and HubSpot systems.
β’ Design and modify Salesforce Flows, permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages.
β’ Administer HubSpot workflows and automations (with over 80 active workflows).
β’ Ensure data integrity across accounts, contacts, leads, and custom objects.
β’ Diagnose system issues and apply necessary hot fixes.
β’ Execute data uploads, cleansing, and bulk data manipulation (Excel proficiency is preferred).
β’ Guarantee accurate data synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce.
β’ Assist in meeting reporting requirements for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
β’ Work collaboratively across teams while also functioning independently in a dynamic environment.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM administration.
β’ Extensive Salesforce experience (Admin-level expertise required).
β’ Salesforce Admin Certification is highly preferred.
β’ Required experience with Salesforce Flows.
β’ Proven track record in managing permissions, layouts, and validation rules.
β’ Practical HubSpot administration experience.
β’ Strong comprehension of CRM data structures.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Experience in startup or fast-paced settings.
β’ Ability to work remotely during U.S. Eastern hours (9 AM β 6 PM EST).
