Project Manager – Onshore Renewable Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily project management of various solar and/or onshore wind initiatives throughout the development and approval phases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as environmental consultants, planners, land agents, legal advisors, and technical experts.

• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, trackers, and risk management registers.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, statutory consultees, and landowners.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs).

• Provide regular updates on project status, budget, and significant risks to senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Project management experience based in the UK is crucial.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.

• Experience in renewable energy projects is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of the UK planning framework, EIA regulations, and land acquisition procedures is important.

• Project management certifications (e.g., APM, PRINCE2) are preferred but not required.

• Capable of handling competing deadlines across multiple projects.
