Project Manager, Digitalization & Process Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and construct the process landscape.

• Assume responsibility for KPI tracking and reporting.

• Deploy digital tools and automation solutions.

• Work collaboratively with business units, IT, and executive management.

• Facilitate change management and engage the team effectively.

• A strong sense of curiosity, motivation, and a true passion for creating.

• Initial professional experience in project management or process-related work.

• Proven experience in independently managing projects or initiatives related to processes.

• Basic technical knowledge of system landscapes and digital tools.

• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.

• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (KVP), Lean Management, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence is a plus.
