Project Manager, Data Collection Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of project execution and delivery milestones for data collection projects conducted onsite or in the field.

• Convert the program strategy established by the Program Manager into practical, everyday project plans.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with staffing and logistics while escalating program-level risks or decisions to the Program Manager.

• Act as the main point of contact for the client on a daily basis throughout the project.

• Facilitate client meetings and Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), which include data analysis, performance insights, and updates for stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on project financials to the Program Manager, ensuring consistency with the budget and forecasts.

• Supervise Project Coordinators and Schedulers, assigning tasks and ensuring they align with project objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; relevant experience can substitute for formal education.

• Over 3 years of project management experience in onsite or field operations, data collection, or a technical/global services setting.

• Experience in managing crowd-based or community operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with robotics or data collection initiatives is a plus.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; knowledge of data dashboards is advantageous.

• Agile/Scrum and/or PMP certification is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated operational leadership in complex, rapidly scaling environments.

• Strong skills in client communication and managing expectations effectively.

• Excellent critical thinking, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
