This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery for Fluency for Imaging implementation projects, developing and overseeing project plans, timelines, milestones, scope, and budget from the initiation phase to go-live.
β’ Facilitate coordination among cross-functional delivery resources, including application analysts, interface architects, and adoption specialists, for technical integrations, configurations, workflow designs, and SIT/UAT testing and validation.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, directing project communications, status calls, agendas, and meeting minutes.
β’ Monitor and report on implementation metrics, work requests, and change orders, while keeping project documentation up to date in Jacobian's project management system.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition of implementations into regular business operations through effective handoffs and readiness checkpoints.
β’ Assist customers in adopting new features and releases by providing release briefings, upgrade planning, and change management support.
β’ Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes; escalate and resolve these matters to ensure timely delivery within budget.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of project management experience in delivering enterprise software or healthcare IT implementations.
β’ PMP certification is a plus.
β’ Prior experience in radiology, imaging, or broader healthcare IT environments is highly preferred.
β’ Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proven experience in leading customer-facing status calls and creating project documentation, including status reports, decision logs, and meeting notes.
β’ Ability to foster alignment, manage escalations, and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines without formal authority.
β’ Familiarity with system integrations such as HL7 and SaaS delivery models.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
β’ Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.
