Project Manager – Club Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete coordination of Costco roadshow initiatives, managing all timelines and cross-functional deliverables from the planning stage through to execution.

• Take responsibility for packaging forecasting to guarantee adequate inventory is available prior to roadshow periods.

• Coordinate rework activities, which include scheduling with vendors, managing timelines, and overseeing quality control.

• Handle both inbound and outbound logistics for roadshow inventory, including coordination with carriers and tracking costs.

• Enhance and manage return processes after the roadshow, aiming to reduce waste and maximize recovery value.

• Lead the new item setup process for Costco, ensuring all necessary data, documentation, and approvals are completed accurately and punctually.

• Manage the creation and submission of item specifications and renderings in alignment with Costco's vendor standards.

• Oversee pallet configuration specifications and renderings, collaborating with Logistics and Operations to ensure compliance.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive launch timelines, proactively identifying risks and facilitating cross-functional resolution.

• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for Value-Added Services (VAS), ensuring alignment between third-party partners and internal teams.

• Act as the primary internal contact for all operational programs specific to Costco, working closely with the Costco sales team.

• Create and maintain project trackers, status dashboards, and milestone calendars that offer visibility to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Facilitate regular meetings across functions, ensuring teams remain aligned and accountable to their deliverables.

• Identify and escalate risks proactively, suggesting solutions before issues impact program timelines or retail execution.

• Continuously assess and enhance processes to promote greater efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the Costco business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in project management, sales operations, or supply chain roles, with direct exposure to Costco as a retail partner.

• Solid understanding of Costco's vendor requirements, including packaging standards, pallet specifications, compliance protocols, and warehouse logistics.

• Proven capability to manage complex, cross-functional projects that involve multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive communication approach.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing and driving accountability without direct authority.
