• The Project Manager, Clinical Strategy plays a vital role in enhancing access to reliable, affordable, and personalized behavioral health care through the CMO team by driving the implementation of clinical and enterprise strategic initiatives.

• This position involves translating priorities into well-structured plans, timelines, and measurable results.

• The role requires close collaboration with clinical operations, clinical leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that initiatives are delivered punctually, aligned with strategic objectives, and executed effectively.

• Achieving success in this position necessitates strong project management abilities, insight into behavioral health care operations, and the capacity to influence stakeholders across various disciplines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, consulting, or similar roles.

• Exceptional project planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to action.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects from conception to implementation.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
