Project Manager, Clinical Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversees multiple clients and their related projects, nurturing relationships with designated clientele.

• Validates each project's scope alongside the client and operational teams to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, timelines, and budget for all team members.

• Collaborates with assigned team and functional managers to develop, allocate, and prioritize work based on the project’s requirements, taking corrective measures with Operations as needed to manage project scope and expenses.

• Promotes effective communication by holding regular project meetings, starting from project initiation and continuing through to project completion.

• Generates or reviews and upholds project-related documentation such as: RFIs, Budgets, Meeting Minutes, Timelines, Client Isms, Issues and Risk Lists, Change Requests, etc.

• Executes change management as necessary to eliminate bottlenecks, enhancing processes and procedures to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

• Updates pertinent databases needed to track and report on current project statuses and overall financial reporting.

• Organizes client visits and leads facility tours.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (preferably with an emphasis in a life science discipline).

• High-level proficiency in organization, multitasking, relationship-building, communication, judgment, problem-solving, persuasion, and negotiation is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Clinical Research industry is highly preferred.

• Experience in Phase I Project Management is preferred.
