Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of UKG software implementation projects tailored for healthcare clients

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation

• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project objectives align with client goals

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to guarantee timely and successful completion

• Lead the deployment of UKG solutions, including human capital management (HCM) and payroll systems

• Supervise system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing client systems

• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards throughout the implementation process

• Assemble and direct cross-functional project teams, including consultants, IT personnel, and client staff

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders

• Identify potential project risks and formulate strategies for mitigation

• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise

• Ensure that quality assurance and testing processes are established to validate system functionality

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives, consultants, and vendors

• Provide regular updates and status reports regarding project progress to senior management

• Collect feedback and integrate stakeholder input into project planning and execution

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing at least two full lifecycle UKG implementations

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly within the healthcare industry

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

• Excellent organizational, time management, and both written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional presentation skills

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

• PMP Certification is a plus
