This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct implementation projects for clients, handling everything from planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Ensure projects are finalized on schedule, within scope, and align with client expectations.

• Provide clients with necessary training.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hosted phones, capture, analytics, support, and sales, to guarantee smooth execution and outstanding client experiences.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation journey, maintaining proactive communication and promptly addressing questions and concerns.

• Conduct discovery sessions to grasp client needs and customize implementations accordingly.

• Establish clear expectations with clients and stakeholders while providing consistent updates on project advancements.

• Maintain thorough records in CRM and Implementation systems, ensuring both accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure all delivered solutions meet quality standards and fulfill client expectations.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to pinpoint areas for enhancement and streamline future processes.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering rapport and managing relationships effectively.

• Strong organizational abilities, time management skills, and attention to detail.

• Proficient in handling multiple projects concurrently and adapting to shifting priorities as necessary.

• Skilled in learning and navigating various software applications and tools.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Experience in client-facing positions, ideally in implementation, support, training, or customer success.

• Familiarity with call tracking and analytics software, along with telephony solutions, is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
