Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage cross-functional security projects involving product, engineering, data science, and compliance teams.

• Collaborate with product managers to convert security requirements into practical project plans.

• Synchronize security measures with product delivery schedules.

• Assess new AI capabilities and implement scalable solutions to enhance security operations, reporting, and inter-team collaboration.

• Develop governance, tracking, and reporting frameworks to monitor initiative progress.

• Recognize risks, dependencies, and strategies for mitigation.

• Advocate for the integration of organizational initiatives into product development cycles and ongoing improvement processes.

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 3 years of project management experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of project management experience.

• 2 years of experience in supporting or coordinating security, compliance, or risk management initiatives, such as SOC2, HIPAA, GovRAMP, or FedRAMP.

• Proven ability to collaborate across functions on projects with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.

• Exceptional organizational and execution abilities.

• Familiarity with project tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Strong communication skills with the capacity to translate overarching goals into actionable tasks.

• Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows and processes.

• Experience with Solventum Health Information Systems products.

• Ability to devise innovative solutions while managing multiple project streams.

• Proficient in program management methodologies or possess PMP certification.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the employment country without the need for visa sponsorship.
