• Manage site resourcing and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring that deliverables adhere to quality standards and timelines.
• Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of intricate programs, ensuring they align with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth program execution.
• Create and oversee program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources, tracking progress and addressing any challenges that may affect program success.
• Report on program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and maintaining transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
• Spot opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve program efficiency, quality, and results.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• A PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Significant experience in program management, demonstrating a successful history of delivering large-scale projects.
• Extensive experience in a Pharmaceutical and CRO environment as a Senior Global Clinical Project Manager.
• Strong Early Phase Oncology experience in a Global Project Manager capacity.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and directing cross-functional teams in a matrix structure.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
