This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee the daily operations of the program
• Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements
• Implement and manage business rules tailored to client specifications
• Engage in daily communication with the team to maintain alignment with program objectives
• Recruit, develop, and train team members effectively
• Ensure that staffing levels adequately support daily program requirements
• Provide role-specific training for direct reports
• Collaborate proactively with Human Resources to sustain a candidate pipeline
• Deliver consistent and timely coaching and development for team members
• Report any Adverse Events/Product Complaint inquiries in line with SOPs and best manufacturing practices
• Guarantee adherence to corporate policy training deadlines
• Ensure consistent compliance with all SOPs
• Undertake additional assignments or projects as required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the healthcare sector
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Previous experience managing personnel or teams
• Familiarity with the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, product commercialization, and manufacturer collaboration is advantageous
• Experience leading customer service teams is a plus
