This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Examine and verify application and program data to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and prompt processing of energy efficiency measures.
• Assist in the planning, testing, launching, and ongoing execution of program initiatives, products, processes, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess business needs, document requirements, and support initiatives aimed at customers and clients.
• Engage in user acceptance testing, process validation, issue resolution, and change management activities.
• Act as a liaison for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address program, processing, and implementation concerns.
• Coordinate activities across various functions, manage timelines, monitor system functionality, identify risks, and promote process enhancements.
• Oversee program reporting, performance metrics, and operational objectives.
• Create, analyze, and deliver reports that aid in operational decision-making, ensure contractual compliance, and achieve program goals.
• Undertake special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in the industry.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute.
• Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Capability to utilize Excel formulas.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Dedication to punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Successful candidates must pass pre-employment screenings.
