This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, sustain, and evaluate integrated master schedules (IMS) utilizing tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Work collaboratively with program managers, CAMs, and cross-functional teams to ensure that the schedule aligns with the scope, budget, and technical goals.
• Conduct quality checks and health assessments of schedules in line with industry best practices and client standards.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and assist in mitigation planning to enhance program predictability.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, which include status updates, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare and present schedule-related metrics and reports to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Identify the critical path, near-critical activities, and key schedule drivers to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Assist in the development of baselines, change control, and schedule updates throughout the program lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to applicable standards such as EVMS guidelines and DCAA expectations.
• Contribute to process enhancements, tool creation, and automation initiatives to improve scheduling efficiency and accuracy.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in program scheduling, project controls, or a related field.
• Expertise in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Experience in supporting complex programs within the aerospace or defense sectors (NASA, DoD, etc.).
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and schedule integration.
• Strong grasp of schedule logic, critical path methodology, and best practices in schedule development.
• Ability to analyze schedule performance and convey insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience in managing schedule updates, baseline management, and change control processes.
• Preferred familiarity with industry standards such as EVMS guidelines and DCAA compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Must reside within the United States.
