Program Manager – Logistics Startups

📋 Description

• Assists with the initiation of medium to large-scale business programs.

• Oversees assigned projects by applying program management methodologies and techniques in line with established standards.

• Collaborates with customers and internal support teams to ensure successful outcomes.

• Formulates implementation strategies to align with customer expectations.

• Develops and oversees comprehensive plans encompassing scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, and risks.

• Facilitates the identification of criteria necessary for certification to commence live operations.

• Evaluates post-implementation customer expectations and standards.

• Engages with various levels of personnel, including senior management within Ryder and client organizations.

• Aids in the achievement of organizational projects and objectives.

• Addresses diverse problems where situational or data analysis necessitates the assessment of identifiable factors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Major in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.

• At least five (5) years of related experience in Project Management is mandatory.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.

• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
