This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead and oversee a varied portfolio of information security initiatives, ensuring that all clients have comprehensive, regularly updated plans in place.
• Take ownership of the entire onboarding process, guaranteeing clients begin their experience with a finalized risk register and a strategic one-year roadmap.
• Maintain a client Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8.67 or higher by providing outstanding service and collaborating closely with customer success managers.
• Serve as the main point of contact, delivering clear, insightful reports on progress and milestones to build trust.
• Ensure that all program processes, decisions, and modifications are thoroughly documented for uniformity.
• Manage and improve delivery team processes to consistently enhance service value and quality.
• Oversee program budgets and resource distribution to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Guide subject matter experts (SMEs) to achieve successful outcomes, offering supportive and constructive feedback as a team player.
• Actively identify and address roadblocks to ensure all programs remain in alignment with their established objectives.
• Recognize upselling opportunities based on changing client requirements and work with internal teams to promote growth.
• A post-secondary degree in business, computer science, information technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles, managing technology or business change projects and/or programs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams, technical experts, and stakeholders.
• Ability to engage with customer executives and exhibit a strategic understanding of business needs.
• Experience in managing multiple projects with various stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., monday.com) and familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Vanta).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and capable of working swiftly while remaining composed under pressure.
• Nice to have: Program and/or project management-related certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PgMP.
• Practical experience with Compliance and Trust products.
• Previous experience in the information security or information technology industry.
• Solid understanding of information security principles, risk management frameworks, and industry standards.
