Program Manager – Clinical Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated program(s) to achieve business goals.

• Establish program objectives and frameworks that align with the specified business strategy.

• Manage programs through the creation of program plans, management tools, and reporting mechanisms.

• Lead cross-functional teams while ensuring proper resource allocation to meet program objectives.

• Propose program budgets and monitor as well as adjust plans based on changing resource needs.

• Communicate and document quality outcomes and progress metrics of the program.

• Identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure that goals are maintained on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• Availability to work Monday - Friday CST is essential.

• A preference for candidates with 3 years of leadership or management experience.
