Manager, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of clinical trial activities, assisting the team in achieving high-quality results.

• Manage all operational elements of clinical trial projects from the initiation phase to completion.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to create study plans, timelines, and budget estimates.

• Supervise Clinical Trial Managers and study teams, offering guidance and support as needed.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and internal protocols.

• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them for effective clinical trial execution.

• Foster team development while managing competing priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a relevant field.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management, demonstrating a successful history of leading trials.

• Deep understanding of regulatory standards and GCP within clinical research contexts.

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and managing cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at addressing complex project challenges.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
