This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent Management to enhance Harbor's global workforce and capacity planning approach.
• Convert anticipated workforce requirements into proactive early talent sourcing and recruitment efforts.
• Recognize critical skill gaps and create sustainable talent pipelines that align with Harbor's long-term business objectives.
• Enhance organizational leverage by broadening Harbor's early-career talent pipeline and minimizing the long-term dependency on hiring experienced external candidates.
• Formulate long-term hiring strategies that correspond with business expansion, geographic outreach, and evolving capability requirements.
• Establish and implement Harbor's global university partnership approach across North America, the UK, and other key markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, faculty members, career centers, student organizations, and professional associations.
• Discover new and emerging talent sources that resonate with Harbor's workforce strategy.
• Position Harbor as the employer of choice for high-potential early-career professionals.
• Oversee the comprehensive program strategy, operating model, participant experience, and alignment with Harbor’s early talent and workforce priorities.
• Work in tandem with Talent Development to bolster the early-talent learning strategy.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in campus recruiting, university relations, full-cycle talent acquisition, workforce planning, or execution of early talent programs.
• Practical experience in designing, scaling, or managing internship or graduate development programs within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with the Handshake campus recruitment platform along with prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse is preferred).
• Experience in developing and leading a rotational campus program is a plus.
• Proven ability to forge strategic partnerships with universities and business leaders.
• Strong program management and organizational competencies.
• Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience supporting global organizations is preferred.
