This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform systematic literature reviews to guide program evaluations and analyses.
• Execute rapid-cycle evaluations and analytics to assess the impact of OCHIN initiatives (such as OCHIN’s Release Program, Builder Program, Credentialing Services, OCHIN’s Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN), and Preferred Technology Partners).
• Undertake projects that highlight the needs of both internal and external stakeholders to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate and communicate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement evaluation plans.
• Gather, validate, analyze, and interpret findings based on quantitative and qualitative data to refine program efforts and establish an evidence base for program interventions.
• Create an evaluation framework and identify applicable tools for evaluation and analytics projects to support OCHIN's dissemination of insights.
• Develop and apply equity, justice, and data de-colonization frameworks for data analytics projects within the Evaluation and Analytics Team.
• Analyze and manage data sets using advanced querying, visualization, and analytics tools.
• Build, maintain, and continuously seek ways to enhance systems and processes for assigned data collection, analysis, and reporting (such as program evaluations, HCCN activities, and other designated projects).
• Oversee multiple evaluation and analysis projects simultaneously to assist OCHIN in enhancing its products and services.
• Produce high-quality, easily interpretable deliverables (including data tables, graphs, charts, study reports, and dashboards) and present findings to executive-level stakeholders.
• Aid OCHIN in acquiring and utilizing data to drive distinction, advance strategic priorities, and improve outcomes.
• Foster and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate and communicate across various disciplines and OCHIN teams.
• Actively engage in internal OCHIN cross-departmental project teams as necessary (e.g., Research, Clinical).
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in rapid cycle evaluation, research, data analytics, or implementation science.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare (such as public health, health promotion, nursing), applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Preferred experience with quantitative or qualitative software.
• Desirable experience in creating reports, charts, and graphs.
• Experience in a telecommuter role is preferred, including the use of remote technologies (like Zoom).
• Proven experience with program evaluation.
• Exceptional interpersonal, intercultural, and customer service skills.
• Strong communicator with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of roles and personalities, both in written and verbal forms.
