Program Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Plays a crucial role in the daily operations of agency management for staffing assistance.

• Serves as the expert resource for agency, traveler, and contract requirements.

• Collaborates with MSP / Agency Companies in the recruitment and onboarding of contract personnel.

• Provides support to various nursing and allied departments.

• Oversees and implements departmental goals, data metrics, projects, and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of Precepting (Training) experience with new personnel, both formal and informal.

• At least 1 year of practical experience with UKG (formerly known as Kronos) software.

• 1 year of experience using MS Office Suite.

• 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing or contingent worker management.

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• An Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
